Staples Affiliate Program Manager, Digital Media in Framingham, Massachusetts

What you’ll be doing :

  • Drive affiliate channel strategy focused on our KPIs across key categories, customer targets and publishers.

  • Responsible for monitoring campaign performance and assisting in various reporting communications.

  • Drive optimizations around tactical plans and mix between commission rates, media placements, content, and influencers strategies.

  • Manage promotional support calendar and go to market plan for Affiliates.

  • Develop testing roadmap focused on growth.

  • Assist in the management of budget allocation and forecasting to hit campaign KPIs and run rates.

  • Partner with and prioritize work for external media agency of record team.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to receive and interpret results, recommend ad hocs.

  • Respond to requests and updates from internal stakeholders regarding campaign execution, media support and performance.

  • Superior organizational, detail focused and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to draw conclusions and develop recommendations and action plans based on data.

  • Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing and running an affiliate program.

  • Experience working with or at a media buying agency.

  • Expertise in MS Office especially MS Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts/graphs.

  • Knowledge of marketing technologies & tools (web analytics, tag management, ad servers, attribution, etc.).

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of digital Marketing experience with multiple years of experience within Affiliate Marketing.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Background in running other media channel activation strategies such as social, display and search is a plus.
