Staples Sales Support Coordinator - Quill in Lincolnshire, Illinois

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will assist our Inside Account Managers handling a variety of requests and projects that will allow our Sales teams to be more productive with their customers. In addition, maintaining current knowledge of products and processes, and providing an outstanding customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Customer Base Data Hygiene
Running various sales reports
Handling cross-referencing projects
Sales Lead distribution
Building annual account reviews
What you bring to the table:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organization skills
Qualifications
What’s needed – Basic Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Windows Applications
Ability to come onsite twice a month at Quill's Lincolnshire, IL location.
High School Diploma or G.E.D
What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Sales Support role
