Staples Outside Account Executive in Orlando, Florida
This position is remote only to candidates located in or within reasonable commutable distance to the following cities: Atlanta, GA, Miami, FL, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Orlando, FL, Chicago, IL, and Dallas, TX

What you’ll be doing:
Manages and owns the strategic corporate relationship between client/subsidiaries/partners and Staples Promotional Products.
Develops strategic plan to grow sales and margin within the assigned clients for all Staples Promotional Products lines of business.
Works with other Lines of Business to introduce and drive incremental revenue opportunities.
Conducts meetings and presentations with key account stakeholders to drive sales and insure excellent customer experience.
Provides direction and leadership to all internal departments that support customer – SPO, Merchandising, Customer Service – to ensure client needs are met.
Achieves sales budgets and margin attainment.
Negotiates contract extensions and ensures all contract terms are adhered to.
Understands, communicates, and interprets brand direction for all account team members.
What you bring to the table:
Strong leadership skills (to coordinate with internal support teams)
Excellent selling skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills virtually and in person
Strong relationship building skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong financial acumen
Ability to design growth plans and work with internal support team members
Ability to analyze customer data, business, and industry trends to create tailored solutions for customers based upon Staples Promotional Products value proposition
What’s needed - Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years successful experience profitably selling B2B programs and working with medium to high complexity accounts.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
