What you’ll be doing:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of software products and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, system goals, and requirements.
Drive best practices in software development, ensuring coding standards, testing methodologies, and documentation.
Participate in architectural decisions and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Monitor software engineering processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay abreast of latest software development technologies and methodologies to ensure the team's competitiveness.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in Software Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with fluency in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, and C#.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a similar domain.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or specific software language certifications.
Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD practices, and tools.
Strategic planning skills, especially in tech-driven initiatives.
